A song writer and a Singer Mr kim Global "Jenerally" is a kalenjin best rapper Born on 22 Jan 1997. Mr kim (real name Geoffrey Cheruiyot Kiprotich) is an RnB and Pop artist from Kenya. He was born to Charles Kirui and Alice Kirui at litein kericho county. He is the first born in a family of seven children. He is one of the top RnB and hiphop artists in the country who are best known for releasing good music. He attended Boito primary School and went to Emmanuel boys high school for secondary education. After form four, he joined Technical University of Mombasa to persue Mass communication
Music Background
Geoffrey Cheruiyot Kiprotich started showing interest in music while he was still in primary school. He took up singing and imitating local and international artists at every given opportunity. Interestingly in high school, Mr Kim was a choirmaster.
In 2018, he released a song called 'Chepkorir’. The song was well-received and received much airplay on local radio stations. This was followed by his hit 'My feelings' wich projected him to a higher level in his music career. This song was followed by a hit called "Byebye". In 2019 he released a cover song 'Dont matter ' kalenjin version. The song was best received and It shaked kalenjin community and other people across the world due to its best lyrics and flow as a love song.
Mr kim was discovered to be one of the singers with a unique melodious voice which is loved by many. Despite the challenges, he has been able to appreciate in his music career. He's been working on his music album since 2018 and has released 4 singles so far.
