TUMSA OFFICIALS ACCUSED OF LOOTING STUDENTS FUNDS

Technical University of Mombasa social media platforms have lighted after posts alleging how TUMSA officials are

busy looting students funds surfaced online by disguise accounts.

In one of the posts cited in one of the institution's face book account, the TUMSA parliamentary deputy speaker Prof K, Onialla is pictured pausing with a lady from the institution.The post further alleges that the deputy speaker was used to sign cash amounting to Ksh 170,ooo on behalf of parliament.In turn,the proffessor is said to have gotten Ksh 30,000 as a kick back.According to the writter of the post, it is this money that the deputy speaker is using to lure ladies in various hostels. 

We made an effort to hear from the accused deputy speaker who termed the allegations as nothing but frustrations from his enemies who are culminated at pinning him down,because of his tremendous achievement to rise to such a position."These are just online broke and fake babooing bloggers. We should ignore them because in any legal organization, there's always a well and non-shambolic procedure of claiming injustices.Its rumours,here say, shambolic and communicated by a dander headed loose thinker,"read his reply. 

Further,the lady appearing in the photo in the company of the official rubbished it as unfounded claiming that was a group class project they were shooting being in the media department.She however said she is not aware how the said photo leaked to members of public. 

The organisation is further said to have been targetting funds that are released when a comrade passes so as to facilatate the friends and some community members of the comrade to attend the burial.We also established that there is always an allowance of Ksh 3000 paid to every comrade who attends such an event.According to students who spoke to us,some students who are connected to the organisers have turned this into an opportunity such that they dont miss any burial of the comrade who passes,so as to get the cash.

Onother official dragged into the saga is Eugine Musungu the TUMSA accommodation secretary.Musungu is mentioned to be the man behind looting of the funeral money incases of a death of a comrade."A man who claims will be the Mp for Bondo constituency in Siaya come 2022 elections but walks around praying that a comrade dies so that he can have an opportunity to steal the money. The dead shall deal with you accordingly,"reads part of the post.

From the concerned students of this institution who have aired their views, the TUMSA Officials should come out clear and cleanse their already soiled name as otherwise the allegations will be consindered to be mere facts.

A MAN COMMITS SUICIDE AFTER MURDERING HIS WIFE A Man in Kitale Tranzoia county has committed suicide by hanging himself,moments after murdering his wife. The man in his early 50s and identified as Stephen Kagumo and his wife Karen have been having arguments before the fateful and bitter act occured.Stephen is also identified as the son to the late driving school and security firm owner,Kagumo.
